Beverly Moellering, MS RD CD

“Never underestimate the power of establishing relationships; from the speakers that come into class, to volunteer experiences, or the practicum hours, relationships make your time at USF richer and provide many opportunities into your future.”

Beverly Moellering, Director of the Coordinated Program in Dietetics, spends much of her spare time juggling the schedules of three very athletic children. “Mrs. Moe” worked as a registered dietitian in both the clinical and community setting for 17 years before finding her way into the classroom. She holds a Dietetics degree from Purdue University and an MS in Wellness Management from Ball State University. Her volunteer experiences with Fort Wayne’s Smallest Winner and her network in the nutrition and healthcare community fuel the service projects and practicum experiences she offers her students. As faculty sponsor of the Kinesiology and Nutrition (KAN) club, Mrs. Moe encourages students to explore the possibilities that lie beyond the classroom.
